Properties: It is a dedicated Emulsifiser for O / W. Suitable for water – free oil bath and Oil Shower formulation. HLB = 9-9.5.  Has good dispersing properties in generating to very milky solutions when used in bath application (A milky white appearance when wet). Usage: Can be mixed in most types of cosmetics. Mixing method: Dissolves in the oil. Product appearance: Clear liquid.
