Properties: It is an emulsifier with clear liquid concentrated appearance and a solvent to help connect water and oil, or water and alcohol. Makes the product clear and does not precipitate or separate layers. HLB value = 14-16. It is mostly used to dissolve fragrances, pH = 6-7. The Ratio HCO 040 to fragrance for dissolving fragrances in the product is 2: 1.
