Definition : Properties: Rice Milk is a milky preparation obtained from whole rice grains (Oryza sativa)  which will help nourish the skin with moisture, retain water with the cells and restore dry and damaged skin cells. It also contains antioxidants, thus helping to retard and reduce wrinkles as well. Reduces irritation and anti-inflammatory.
